Nagcarlan Forest Resort
We had our 2019 Team building Activity at Nagcarlan Forest Resort in Laguna and we were all very satisfied (as far as I know haha). Others even want to go back to the resort with their families. I am actually thinking of the same but I guess we will just go back some other time since the birthdays of my kids are coming. We are not planning of a big celebration but a simple one with family, close friends and loved ones.

Nagcarlan Forest Resort |
Anyways, we had our TBA at Nagcarlan Forest Resort last April 25, 2019. We left the office at around 7:00 in the morning. Our original departure time is 6:00 AM but we waited for the other hired van to arrive. We stopped by at The Original to buy 10 boxes of buko pies for two hundred pesos (Php 200) per box which was served afternoon of the same day. Our travel is quite fast, maybe because it was still early.

We arrived at the resort where our Boss and other colleagues were waiting. They initially had their operational planning there a day before our scheduled team building. The place going to the Pavilion is quite steep but the place itself is awesome especially if you live in the city for quite sometime already. Well, it was the first time we had our team building without the sea, but it was a different experience - a positive one. You would definitely appreciate the place once you get there.

"batis" |
I love the feeling of waking up early in the morning with the view of Nagcarlan Forest Resort's "batis". I would definitely go back. But note that I have not tried swimming in their "batis" because someone said "makati daw" although I saw others swim and I did not hear any negative comments about it naman. Sayang, since I really like to take some photos there. Another thing is, there was this "malansa" smell down part of the stream. I do not know if it is the same if you go up where the man-made fall is located.
Also, I must warn you guys that the water in their swimming pool is very cold like the water you get from the refrigerator. But since their pool is very clear, they manage to change the water every night and brush the whole swimming pool, no sign of chlorine, you may still want to swim in spite of it. Same goes with the water in the bathroom. I had a hard time taking a bath that night. I heard that other rooms have heater so you may want to check their office if they can install one in your room since it may be hard to take a shower especially for small kids and oldies. Or you may consider bringing a portable water heater instead.
They also have clean and affordable rooms. I have nothing to say against their rooms except for the cold water coming from the faucet and shower.
